I am well pleased with the new Lennox Heating and Air Conditioning system that your company installed for me several months ago. The efficiency of the new G32V-75-1, the Aprilaire automatic humidifier, air cleaner and air exchanger system, and the HS21 condensing unit is as it is advertised to be. It runs very quietly and the heating and cooling bills show the efficiency with which it operates.

I am also very happy with the level of service provided by your company. There has been excellent follow-up after installation. Finding a company that is very committed to maintaining its reputation for excellence is a refreshing discovery. Osborne & Osborne L.L.C. recently installed a new HVAC system in my home, which was built in 1979. My old system was a four-ton Westinghouse heat pump that I am sure was originally installed when the house was built. I knew when I purchased the house that the HVAC system would have to be replaced, however, I wanted to wait a while before I replaced it. I bet you can guess what happened next... yep, that's right, during the hottest part of the sweltering Memphis summer heat, it died. To make matters even worse, the hot water heater died along with it.

I called several companies, but I was dissatisfied with the estimates that I received for the work needed. I purchased the Lennox CompleteHeat high efficiency water heating system. The CompleteHeat produces hot water to heat the house as well as all the domestic hot water we use. We have two teenage children and even they can't us more hot water than the system can produce. How is that for a glowing recommendation? I also purchased two C26 evaporator coils, two AM30 Air Modules, two HS26 Elite 13 condensing units, and SpaceGuard high efficiency air cleaning systems.
