Commercial Service Technician

Mandatory Requirements:

1. 5 years experience in commercial HVAC industry

2. Knowledge of chillers, boilers, pumps, refrigeration

3. HVAC controls and electronics experience

4. Computer skills (MS Office, Windows)

5. Valid drivers license

6. High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities to Include:

1. Service and repair commercial HVAC systems

2. Perform quarterly maintenance on equipment

3. Manage customer accounts

4. Manage truck inventory

5. Sell service agreements and equipment
